Masks Off: Who I am vs. Who I’m expected to be

March 11 @ 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM

This opening virtual conversation sets the tone for the month by exploring the invisible “masks” women often wear to navigate societal, cultural, and professional expectations. Together, we unpack the tension between who we truly are and who we feel pressured to become in order to succeed, belong, or be accepted.

Through honest storytelling and reflection, this session invites women to identify the roles they perform — the strong one, the perfect one, the agreeable one — and begin reclaiming the parts of themselves that have been muted or hidden. It is an invitation to show up more fully and truthfully.

Speakers: Véronique Couttee-Jenkins, Anne-Gaëlle Carré and Anne Sophie Virassamy
